POLNET's Virtual Research Workshop brings together scholars to discuss the important findings and contributions of its book project.

On August 27, 2020, POLNET organized a virtual research workshop for its upcoming book. This workshop brought together participants from five different time zones to reflect and discuss the findings and contributions of the book chapters. The discussion topics included, but were not limited to, evidence-based policymaking, expertization of advisory groups, “Nordic” education model, and application of bibliometric network analysis in policy studies.
Tone Kvernbekk (University of Oslo), Kerstin Martens (University of Bremen), and Florian Waldow (Humboldt University of Berlin) were invited as external discussants. The workshop was moderated by the project leader, Kirsten Sivesind (University of Oslo).
